Yes. @proxiesvision_bot lets you buy bandwidth with crypto and shows your proxy login, without opening the website. Send /dashboard in the bot to see your login and remaining GB.

Crypto only: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (on Tron, Ethereum or BNB Chain), USDC, Litecoin, Solana, Monero, BNB and more. No card, no billing address, no KYC. Each coin has a small minimum, which the checkout shows next to it.

Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the address on the invoice. On a phone, Open in wallet fills in address and amount for you. The balance is credited automatically once the network confirms the payment.

1. 1Check the coin and the network at the top (for example USDT · Tron). Sending on another network can't be credited automatically.
2. 2On a phone: tap Open in wallet (or Open in Trust Wallet for USDT and USDC). Address and amount are filled in; check both, then confirm.
3. 3On a computer: scan the QR code with your wallet app, or copy the amount and the address with the copy buttons.
4. 4Keep the page open if you like: it switches to “We've seen your payment” and then to the receipt by itself. You can also close it; the balance is credited either way.

An invoice is open for about 35 minutes. When it expires, the invoice page offers a button to start the same payment again with a new address. Don't send to an expired invoice's address; if you already did, send us the invoice reference and we'll sort it out.

2. 2Click “Pay … again with …” for the same amount and coin, or “Change amount or coin”.

Up to 10 cents or 0.5% short counts as paid in full. If more is missing, what arrived is credited to your balance right away, and the invoice page shows how much came in. Send the difference later and it's added to your balance automatically.

Never. Your balance stays until you spend it, and bandwidth you bought stays until you use it.

Enter it when you buy bandwidth. Each code works once per account. A partner's link with a code fills it in for you.

Balance and bandwidth are non-refundable, except when something failed on our side; then we credit it back to your balance. Write to support with your invoice reference.

Dashboard → Residential proxies → Credentials shows the host, the ports, your username and your password. In Telegram, send /dashboard to the bot.

Rotating gives you a new IP for every new connection. Sticky keeps the same IP for a session label in your username, for the minutes you set (3 to 1440), which suits logins and checkouts. A new label gives you a new IP. Sticky sessions use the sticky ports; a session on port 9000 is refused.

Yes, every country. Add the two-letter country code (and optionally a city) to your username, in lower case and without spaces or accents. The generator in the dashboard lists every country and the cities we checked.

Dashboard → Residential proxies → Generate proxy list builds ready-made lines with your login, country, city and session type.

1. 1Pick Rotating or Sticky, and HTTP or SOCKS5.
2. 2Choose a country (type to search) and, if you like, a city.
3. 3Set how many lines you need and click Generate. Copy them all or download a .txt file.

They are the proxy's answer, not the website's. 407: the username or password is wrong. 403: the username contains a value the proxy can't read, such as a three-letter country code, a city with a space, or a session on a rotating port. 465: no exit matches your filters right now; remove the city filter and try again.

git waits to be asked for the login instead of sending it. Run the command below once and it works. curl and most other tools send the login right away and don't need this.

On October 14, 2026 every account moved to our new network, with all the bandwidth it had left. The host, the ports, the username and the password changed. Open the dashboard (or /dashboard in the Telegram bot) and copy the new ones; the generator builds ready-made lines in the new format.

Unlock the reseller portal in your dashboard: either a one-time $50 fee, or buy a 200 GB starting pool instead of paying the fee.

You split your pool into sub-users, each with its own credentials and GB limit, from the portal or the API. Unused GB goes back to your pool when you delete one.

Reset it yourself at proxies.vision/forgot-password: we email you a link that works for one hour. Accounts created with Telegram log in with Telegram and have no password.

Yes. Settings → Emails lets you switch off invoices, receipts and low-bandwidth warnings one by one.

Ask support from the email on your account. We delete it and tell you once it's done.
