By accessing or using Proxies.Vision you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Proxies.Vision provides residential proxy bandwidth on a pay-as-you-go basis. Bandwidth credits are non-refundable once consumed.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use our proxies for illegal activities, spamming, credential stuffing attacks, scraping in violation of a target site's terms, or any activity that causes harm to third parties. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. Bandwidth credits do not expire. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion for unused credits in cases of technical failure attributable to us.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the status page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxies.Vision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
