Terms of Service

We sell residential proxy bandwidth, billed per gigabyte. Usage is measured by our upstream network's traffic counter; that figure is what counts against your balance.

Proxy credentials and endpoints are shown in your dashboard. We may have to rotate them (for example after a long period without bandwidth); the new ones always appear in your dashboard.

You can sign up with an email address or through our Telegram bot. You are responsible for everything done with your account, its API keys and its proxy credentials. Keep them private and tell us right away if you suspect misuse.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and the information you give us must be accurate.

You pay by adding funds to your account balance with cryptocurrency through our payment processor (minimum $1). Funds are credited once the payment is confirmed on the network. Underpaid or late payments may not be credited automatically — contact support with your invoice reference and we will sort it out.

Your balance is prepaid credit for this service. It does not expire, has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Bandwidth is bought from your balance at the price shown when you buy it (currently $1.00 per GB). Bandwidth you have bought does not expire. We may change prices for future purchases; bandwidth already bought is not affected.

Payments, balance and bandwidth are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where the service failed through our fault — in that case we credit the affected amount back to your balance. Balance or bandwidth on accounts closed for breaking these terms is forfeited.

You may not use the service, directly or through your customers, for: anything illegal where you or the target are; fraud, phishing or identity theft; credential stuffing, account takeover or brute-forcing logins; malware, botnets or command-and-control traffic; denial-of-service attacks; spam; ad or click fraud; collecting personal data unlawfully; accessing content that exploits minors; or getting around sanctions.

You may not try to get around our usage metering, resell access outside the reseller program, or interfere with the network or other customers.

The reseller portal is unlocked either with a one-time fee ($50) or by buying a starting pool of 200 GB. Resellers distribute their pool to sub-users and may set their own prices for their customers.

Resellers are responsible for their customers' use of the service and must pass these acceptable-use rules on to them. We may revoke reseller access for abuse; existing sub-users then keep working until their allocated bandwidth is used up.

Affiliates earn a commission on confirmed purchases of the customers they refer — 10%, rising to 20% once they have earned $100. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts and misleading or spam promotion are not allowed; commissions earned that way are void.

Commission can be moved to your balance at any time or paid out in cryptocurrency from $10. Payouts are reviewed and sent by hand; we may decline a payout we believe is fraudulent, in which case the amount stays on your commission balance until resolved.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the network at risk or are the subject of credible abuse reports, without notice where needed. You can stop using the service at any time; ask support if you want your account deleted.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live status is on our status page; planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard and the Telegram bot.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for how third-party websites treat traffic from our network, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Websites, brand names and logos of third parties that appear on our website — for example in illustrations of example traffic — belong to their respective owners. Proxies.Vision is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Showing them illustrates typical uses of residential proxies. It is not permission to use the service against any website's terms or the law; section 7 (Acceptable use) applies in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be contracted out of.

We may update these terms. We announce material changes in the dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
